3.6 & 3.8 kVA ISOLATION TRANSFORMERS
Safety and reliability are your primary electrical concerns whether you are at sea or connected to power at the marina. In many cases, the quality of available shore power is unknown, yet it has a direct effect on your onboard electrical system. Charles’ Iso-Guard Isolation Transformers electrically isolate your boat's AC system from AC shore power to provide the best defense against the surges, spikes and transients often associated with unknown power sources. These units replace the need for Galvanic Isolators with Status Monitor (per ABYC standards). Two new marine UL-listed Iso-Guards are designed specifically for onboard use:

a Galvanic Isolator with Status Monitor?
