Dependable long life is achieved by using only
the highest quality state of the art components.

Motor: Cast iron unit bearing housing is of one piece design and can dissipate up to
4 times more heat. Efficient internal capacitor run design allows motor to run 75% cooler
than typical shaded pole C frame motors. 30cc of high grade sun F1-932 oil recirculates
by means of a constant flow spiral grooved hardened shaft within the motor is filtered
and returned to the main reservoir. Second quick start reservoir provides fast lubrication
mid shaft to cut cold start lubrication time in half. Quad coil Bipole design offers maximum
efficiency and long life. Electrically balanced to give hum free operation.

Fan: Tangential (Squirrel cage) blower provides whisper quiet operation 95 CFM.

Element: Exclusive Pic-A-Watt heating element allows field adjustment to select between
several wattage’s at time of installation. Metal sheath elements are copper brazed onto
steel plate fins producing a commercial quality element.

Over temperature Control: Bimetallic limit turns the element off when an over
temperature condition occurs. Automatically resets when the normal temperature returns.

Safety Light: Illuminates when the thermal limit control trips letting you know that an
over temperature condition has occurred.

Wall Box: 20 gauge Stainless Steel with sliding wall bracket for solid 3-point
mounting. Factory installed ground wire. Zero clearance to insulation.

Grill: 20 gauge Stainless Steel cover with contemporary die formed round corners.

This is a powerhouse of a motor, custom
made only for King. The capacitor run motor
gives energy wise use of electricity and a cool
operating temperature. The 30 cc oil supply
provides the spiral grooved drive shaft with a
constant flow of pressurized oil that is
re-circulated back to the supply, only after
going through three densities of filter material
and then recycled. The motor is also sealed
from all possible dirt, dust, and hair migration.
Making it possible to last for 30 years without
any maintenance.

Caution: These units are not approved for installation into spaces where the
equipment is required to be certified as USCG "Ignition Protected" such as
the engine rooms and other areas of a gasoline powered boat.
